Jeff Norris has worked in the fire protection industry and is able to provide valuable insight. He holds a Fire Safety Certificate a
nd has obtained key certifications from the Office of the Ontario Fire Marshal:
NFPA 1031, Certified Fire Inspector Level 1 & 2.
NFPA 1035, Certified Public Fire and Life Educator Level 1 & 2.
NFPA 421 Hazardous Materials Awareness
NFPA 921 Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator.
In his spare time, he volunteers on the Fire Safety Team with the Cobourg Fire Department. Whether it’s a presentation to school kids or meeting with community members to ensure they have updated smoke alarms. Jeff attends as many public education events as possible.
Jennifer Norris has worked in hotel operations and managed emergency procedures. She has over 20 years of training experience and is passionate about educating owners and the public on Fire Safety. She has completed her Fire Safety Certificate and has achieved her NFPA 1035, Certified Public Fire and Life Educator Level 1 and Public Information Officer through the Office of the Ontario Fire Marshall.
